They are really nice and worked with me so I can pay the bill in a settlement. I want to thank you for letting me settle on this bill

I told them numerous times this is a fraudulent or erroneous bill I was not in Harrisburg I did not take an ambulance in Harrisburg or near there and we'll go to the hospital or anything that they could possibly be talking about and they keep pushing this back in as if it's a valid that is nuts I don't know what to do or how to get rid of it it's bullcrap and I can't be the only one you guys are doing this to it's just such a pain and inconvenience information to hit my credit score takes over absolute crap that for some reason you can legally just make up or not verify we're not have anyone verifiy to me what the heck they' could possibly be talking about. I can afford to pay this today I could have afforded to pay this whatever it started on principle I'm not going to Shell out $479 over a charge that is not only incorrect but they won't give it verify yet they have the power to keep putting it back on when I had it removed. I would rather give the money to anybody besides a morally ethically defunct billing company and or whoever they're associated with. For example I'll send that money to my favorite charity or a random person in the street before I would give it to the most unscrupulous combination of medical billing gun amok which seems they are cracking down on that and you guys will get yours and whoever this company is but I guess technically doing their job it's not your job harass people to hurt their credit score over bullcrap to try to extort money from them.

Representative named Wanita was helpful in locating my information and assisted me in resolving the debt. The debt was sent to this agency under false pretense from Express Scripts. No bill was generated and/or sent by Express Scripts yet they claimed that payment was outstanding. Likewise no proof of attempts made to contact, yet debt was forwarded to NRA with reason "Unable to locate customer." Thankfully I was the one to reach out to Express Scripts to query on an upcoming bill in an effort to resolve and I was informed then that the aforementioned was done for an older bill. I had to verify what the outstanding was for to make sure it was legitimate before paying. I was flabbergasted. Express Scripts had contact information for me on file.

I spoke with Kia. She was very pleasant and everything was quick and easy. Her attitude was very positive and her vibes were great. Thank you so much. Much love. God bless her. Hope she never change.

I’ve tried contacting to resolve this, I have not been able to speak with them yet. This company has never tried contacting me or sent anything by mail so I have no clue what it’s about.

I paid this account in full I am waiting for them to report that it has been paid. It should not take this long to show it has been paid in full.

They helped me when I needed it. This is a legitimate good guy in an industry that sometimes is prone to a room full of bad guys . I love them

Wasn’t aware of the collection till 3 years after. No one contacted me with a bill. I wasn’t aware I didn’t have insurance at the time

Harassed just like their original creditor and be unprofessional and extremely rude to a person or threaten an friend, fiance or an family member to the person who they are trying to get ahold of. Can't work with you on nothing just like their original creditor even if you asked.
