Navient is the worst. They manipulated me and got me into a high interest loan. Interest compounded over and over. They are a nightmare.

This loan is on my report and shouldn’t be there. I’ve been out of school for over 30 years. Please review to ensure it doesn’t apply to me

Repeated mistakes on deferments. Continues of past harassment. Slow to resolve. Continuation on loan status accuracy. Issues with correct billing address

Wasn't worth it. I made straight A's at that so called school and was still denied an entry level position due to lack of knowledge. What the heck?

Can't stand them. Would rather have the govt pay them off cause the school was a joke and complete fraud. Should've never got the loans to begin with. Waste of time

Happy with these terms - fair and consistent communication. I dislike the promotional emails for consolidating at a worse rate though.

I would like to thank Navient/Sallie Mae helping me in 2001 to further my education in 2001 or before. Before I could finish school I have a nervous breakdown from my divorce, my life spiraled out of control and I moved from NYC and went through a divorce and had to file a chapter 7 in 2015. I NEVER authized Navient to take over my loan, pay it off with the surtey loan, sell to TD Bank, then TD BANK sell to Nelnet and they ruin my credit and my quality of life like I am a SLAVE to them or the OWN ME . Hopefully someday student loans won’t be a credit & life cycle for professionals doing their best to get a career to care for their families/self BUT BECOME A TARGET!!

It’s Navient, and it’s a Federal student loan…That should be enough of a statement….But in more detail…In 2006 I made the worst mistake I’ve ever made, it was going back to school. It all started with a reasonable $3500 loan, that reasonable loan is now an unreasonable $11000 loan…. And if I pay all my scheduled payments on time I’ll be in my 60’s when it’s paid off….FYI the interest rate is determined by the Government. So I’d like to thank the government & Navient/Sallie Mae for helping me pay to further my education and at the very same time helping me ruin my credit and my quality of life…. Hopefully someday student loans won’t be credit & life ruiners.

I've used them for many years. It's a great company very accurate and keeps track of my score for. Future. It helps let me know my plan of credit to choose

I was defrauded by the Art Institute and despite the fraud they did upon me, Navient does not have options, they use foreigners to answer incoming phone calls, and are very unprofessional when dealing with financial hardships. They don't deserve to stay open and should be shut down for fraud. In fact when dealing with the foreigners that answer the calls it's either you get someone who repeats themselves over and over again, because they do not understand the question or the account or they have broken English.
