Network Capital

I selected Network Capital to re-finance with when listening to 105.9 WMAL. I was with Wells Fargo and I never had a problem with them whilst they held my Home Mortgage. This week I got a notice from PNC band, informing me that they now have my Mortgage and that I needed to validate my payment information. Network Capital sold my loan without my knowledge and I never received any information from PNC, telling me what my rights as a customer were....I.E. Welcome to PNC, here's who we are and so and so forth. Network Capital made no effort to keep me the customer informed and kept my loan for a little over one year. I would not recommend them again as they never attempted to inform me of escrow account changes, nor the sale of my loan. This isn't the way a financial institution should treat a customer. Lets face it, customer service lacks in every aspect today, but this is my home where we raise our family. Its treated as an account number and a good or bad property. Look elsewhere for any re-financing you may need in the future.
