Terrible customer service. If they decide to answer the phone, they'll put you on hold for forty minutes, then oops, the call drops. Closing my account took MONTHS, I never received a pin for the debit card. They block complaints on their social media platforms.
Customer service is earful! Should of at least looked in my account to see if my transactions were pending or something reassured me my transfer was going through! Worst customer service ever! I think I will be shutting this account down! Trying to bank black ha never again!! We not refer anyone to here!! ZERO STARS!!!
OneUnited Bank has everything that I look for in Banking systems.
OneUnited Bank offer great Banking Services and Investment instruments.
I highly recommend OneUnited Bank that offer's services to better position your finances.

I GIVE ABSOLUTELY 0 Stars!!! Brenda from Customer service was rude and beat me getting upset about MY CARD not being sent. The fact that I have money being held for no reason is unacceptable! Account balance says 0 and the way the account is set up it’s so confusing and ghetto!!! Been a customer for LESS than 2 weeks and I’m already shutting this DOWN!
The employee was understanding although I wish this bank would have updates when items are being shipped out because taking up someone's time at work for these matters is unnecessary when a text could easily be sent out
I received courteous assistance in a timely manner. My issue was owned start to finish. I was provided with expectation of what would happen next. All my questions were answered with no confusion. Great customer care!
I continue to enjoy my customer service experience with One United Bank as my representatives have been consistently courteous, product and services savvy, professional and tuned-in to my requests. Thank YOU. Rejoice!

When I get my direct deposit that I work extremely hard for . One united hold the money on pending for hours while letting 10 dollars checks bounce to acquire the 37.50 per transaction. This is the only bank i have ever delt with that hold your money in pending status when it hits your account.( prepaid cards don’t even do that ) I will be moving my checking, savings and business account from this bank .

Well it would have been a little better not have to navigate through so much I thought I had applied for the card turns out I didn't. But it was ok when I got the alert I was kinda puzzled but still got it done.
It was very uncomplicated to choose the correct product and open my account. I have also been able to select preferences and notifications.. all before receiving my card! Great communication! Thank you, One United!
You can do a balance transfer with the Unity Credit Card by requesting it online. The Unity card has an introductory transfer APR of 9.95% for 6 months and a fixed APR of 17.99% afterwards.
You will also be charged with a balance transfer fee of either $10 or 3% of the amount of each transfer, whichever is greater.
Keep in mind, that the transferable balance cannot be greater than your card's available credit!
