No way of accessing account online without getting something in the mail. I would have paid it by how if I could log into the website. I refuse to make phone calls.

I have informed them several times that I had a roommate at the time. That was her bill in my name because the house was in my name. She never paid it, she used my identity and did not fill her end of the deal. I know her name and it's her responsibility not mine. I paid my part of the deal I never hid from Duke Energy, was Gail White.

This account is due to identity theft company unwilling to negotiate had to hire a credit law firm to assist me I'm disabled easily confused they told me pay then u dont have to worry about ur confusion thank God 4 lexington law there to help me
