This is the most rachet bank I’ve ever had. Today is the second time I’ve been unable to use my card because their “systems are down.” Can’t access my own money and I made a deposit before I knew (because they didn’t bother to notify their customers) and it’s literally in limbo… and in order to access it I have to file a complaint. They were so rude on the phone too even though I told them I had no way to pay for my children’s daycar today. No wonder they are being taken to court over receiving funds to open before they were ready. They still operate like they’re a laundromat and not dealing with people’s money! Stay far away.

after a couple years using onpath, i've come into financial hardship as i've moved to live with my elderly - and physically failing - mother, caring for her and doing all i can to NOT put her in a nursing home. the emotional and financial burdens have been hard.
due to circumstances related to this situation, i've had a few overdraft charges. i managed to get a few reversed, as they were erroneous debits from paypal and a phone company i no longer do business with. later, i was briefly $10 overdrawn and was charged $32. i'd put money in but didn't know i was overdrawn and was still in the hole after my payment. when another automatic debit came through a couple days later, the original fee put me in a place where once again i was charged another $32.
i could not overcome the first overdraft charge and because of it, i was hit with another.
i called to get the charges reversed. the rep had to "ask my manager." the manager said no, you had that done last month.
yeah, i did. and i'm struggling still.
doesn't matter.
big banks nationwide have either greatly reduced their overdraft fees and given extended time for customers to even out their accounts. some institutions have eliminated overdraft fees completely.
not onpath.
i have a whopping $16 in the bank. i'd have over $80 if not for the greed of onpath credit union.
you know why i was with a credit union? because the customers are supposed to be the owners. instead, we're just numbers. and the smaller your number, the less onpath credit union cares.
i've signed up with a highly-rated online institution with no overdraft fees. when that card arrives this week, i will close my onpath account.

I cannot believe how I was just spoken to from account resolutions. I feel so disrespected and disappointed in such horrible customer service especially right now in a pandemic. All I wanted to do was make a payment! Oh and at the end of the phone call she informs me she can’t talk to me anymore because it was time for her to get off work. She didn’t even want to take my payment. I will also be filing a formal complaint.

I love being a member of ASI. I was with a large bank for quite some time, and the service was just average. When I go into a branch, everyone knows my name, and seem as though they're happy to see me. So long big banks!

I absolutely love ASI! Not only do they provide exceptional, client oriented customer service, but they offer competitive rates and enticing products such as christmas club, vacation club, and tuition savings accounts. I had an issue when my account received some unauthorized charges and ASI handled this situation promptly and with no adverse effect to me or my account! Highly recommended!

Asi Federal Credit Union was introduced to me about 4 yrs ago through a car loan and a credit card all at the same time. They had great customer service.
