Patrick provided me with excellent service when I went in and applied for a mortgage. This was the second time I had given this a try and my first experience at a different financial institution was not good. I was referred to Patrick from a friend and she had a great experience with him. Buying a home is scary and I was intimidated to get started with the process. Patrick made me feel comfortable and he explained my financial situation to me and exactly what I needed to do to get approved for a mortgage within a year. He followed up with an email as well which made me feel very confident with him as my loan officer.
