This is my apartment lease. I have been renting since 2014. I like the apartment. Very convenient location to work, shopping & highway

First time on paylease. I try and pay my bills ahead of time to improve my credit score. Looking to rent a home to own. Still have some debt that need to be paid off.

Not advantageous before, but now they are. Easy add a paysy
Now quick and simply boot up my saved payment method and I 'm free. No need to get money order or mail the payment. All of these should be like it.

This is to reflect rent payments on housing. This is supposed to increase credit score. I pay lot rent timely each month and this app is to reflect positive and timely payments

Rental company with great management that's ran very well. Attentive, responsive staff in their office that have always been friendly, helpful and professional. Have had nothing but positive encounters any time we have had to get in contact with them. Another positive thing worth mentioning is the fact that they help their tenants by reporting back to the credit bureau when rental payments are made on time which could definitely help in small ways and potentially even a big way depending solely on the tenants actions and how well you manage your rental payments each month. Would definitely recommend O'rion property management! They have been great so far and have no complaints.
