Our house was severely damaged by hail on 7/16/22. Travelers insurance agreed to a new roof due to extensive damage, including inside walls and ceilings. Our mortgage company, PHH, is holding the funds and we can't get our roof repaired. They have released funds for smaller contractors but not for the roof. Nothing can be done until the roof is repaired. When we call customer service, we are constantly told the roof check is "under review." How can they hold our money with our insurance company has already approved the repairs? Customer service people are outsourced and they know absolutely nothing. How do we get our money released? Terrible company.

I initiated a PMI cancellation request with PHH Mortgage 3 months ago, and they completely neglect the customer. After 3 months this still is not resolved. I've talked to 10 different support agents who tell you something different every time, then they say they'll escalate it and it'll take on average 2-3 weeks to hear from anyone. I've always had to call myself which still isn't helpful because then you get put with another agent who tells you something different then says they'll escalate again and then you can proceed to wait your next 2-3 weeks to not hear from anyone and call again.

They aren't even considering the request which is extremely unethical considering the value of my home. I'm getting completely screwed with these people, customer service is always bad but these people take it to another level of terrible.

I received covid assistance from my state phh should of put it toward my neg excrow and was told that I would have to request in a months time they have raised by home payment by 200.00 per month. I have requested twice to put funds toward my neg escrow.

VERY HELPFUL SO FAR BUT HAS THE WRONG HOME ADDRESS. I DONT KNOW HOW TO CHANGE THAT INFORMATION WITH YOU GUYS. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME?

Got hung up on 5 times to try and get an issue resolved, and when I finally spoke to someone, after 1 1/2 hours on the phone, I was told to contact the research department.

They would get back to me in 1-2 weeks.

Terrible company, would NOT recommend. If I could give them a zero for a review, I would.

Having had to interact with employees of this company conclusion that everyone who works there is STUPID and self-serving. stupid!

I have never experienced worst customer service. I paid PHH to get an inspection done in our house to get the PMI removed, an inspector came to assess the house, sent the report to PHH, and the normal turnaround time for PHH to provide a response on the inspection is 20 days (whether the PMI will get removed or not). I am six months into calling them every week to try to get an update and all they do is go around in circles telling me that someone from the escalations team is going to give me a call yet no one calls me. Unacceptable. I paid for a service that they did not provide and refuse to provide an update for - this is fraud! I am extremely dissatisfied, frustrated, and have lost a ridiculous amount of time. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PHH!
