I was rear ended by a State Farm customer and had
to deal with them regarding my claim which I will
state they accepted liability for...(not much
choice to be honest as she drove into the back of
me and got cited for it).
They agreed to a car rental for 5 days but DID NOT tell me it started immediately....so I waited a couple of days then picked up the car so they actually only paid for 3 days.
I called them and though they agreed it was badly communicated they still wouldn't fix an admitted problem on their part.
I call it lying by omission.
So, I'll never be a State Farm customer and that's why they get a bad review...they tell lies, they admit they did it but don't care. Why would I want to give them my custom?… read more
