Portfolio is a good company to deal with. They are straightforward and keep their word. They will work with you concerning payment plans and ways to eradicate.

The worst of the worst, unwilling to negotiate and the first to report, penalize you afterwards to the credit agencies. Oh and they are "doing" you a favor, child please! Bottom dwellers and feeders.

These people suck , disputed my credit report , information is not correct, credit agency’s will not fix its all a bunch of bull on both sides

This company continues to call and harras me, even after so many times I told them that I have no business with them and I have no idea why they are calling me!!!

Harassment all the time. doesn't listen when said identity was stolen. Calls to harass all times of day and night. Not happy with the company

PTD: did my husbands and mine for the price of one. They were great. Settled at half the price and deleted old debt. How I wish I was smarter when I was younger!!

Several Inaccurate Details on this Account and they have yet to provide a signature of mine stating I ever opened this account. Needs to be deleted.

They changed original date of debt by 2 years using the date they took over debt as date account was opened, when it wasn't. Ive read on multiple consumer law sites that it is illegal for a collection agency to change the dates like this. I disputed it in the past but basically got ignored. This debt should be dropping from my credit report approx 1 year from now, which will be 7 yrs from the original creditor, 2016 not the incorrect date of June 2018 this collection agency is incorrectly & illegally reporting according to every consumer rights site & list of laws Ive read

They were very helpful with getting you set up a flexible payment plan.I was able to negotiate a payment plan that I could afford without having to fight in court!
