This company is in chapter 13 and was not provided with any payments but they are listed. They did not file claim. Therefore, I do not owe them anything. This is an old account that was included in the ch 13 back in 2017

not very easy to deal with. I wrote a debt validation letter and mailed it off and its been 3 weeks and I still haven't heard from them. I also got a recent inquiry on my credit and they dont seem to know how that happened.

Portfolio was easy to work with and offered me a pay to delete. Do not be afraid to contact this company to resolve your debt. They offer many payment options. I was able to negotiate my debt and select a payment plan that worked for me.

This Company is horrible!! They keep reporting this account that was opened back in 2014 as it is new collections, this account should have had deleted from my record back in 2021 and it was for 300.00 not $700.00 Scammers

Non stop calls. They use different phone numbers from California to Florida to harass you several times a day. 8am to 9 pm even on Sunday.

They went to sue me in court, and they never showed. The case was dismissed due to not showing at court to prove I owed this money.

Is there an amount that you will settle for? I may be able to borrow the money from a family member but it would only be like $1500.
