Awful customer service they don’t work with you no matter what the situation is. I became homeless and lost my job during Covid and they weren’t willing to work out a payment plan no matter if I was paying something every month

I've asked to send me the history of what was used on this balance and I haven't seen it until now. I'm willing to make negotiation but if I'm not getting an answer then it will never be settled

I made a payment arrangement with portfolio. They are very easy to work with and the customer service is fantastic. The only thing I don’t like is that the payments are on time but not listed that way on my credit report. Other than that, they are customer oriented to help you make your best decision possible for your budget.

This is an account that was purchased, wrong dates of original balance being reported. It was not opened on the dates they report.

I told these people I wanted a copy of the original contract with my signature they continously call all times of the day even on Sunday all kinds of different numbers

They were very rude even after dealing with my attorney, I tried to resolve the debt but they wanted to continue to hound me, they have obtained my debt illegally and don't like that we had found that out and refuse to resolve this in a professional manner.

They mass buy "charged off debt" for PENNIES ON THE DOLLAR. If you try to negotiate with them offering say 10 cents on the dollar, they refuse. They are just in it to grab as much as they can from unsuspecting victims.
