Premier Members Credit Union

First let me say that I've been a checking/savings account member of Premier CU for 30years & just now took action to refinance, do not wait if you need to improve your financial future. They are all AMAZING PEOPLE! Excellent communication & they really care about what's best for my financial future. Customer service is 2nd to none. I called spoke with an actual person at Premier CU, who transferred me to Sara Keller to begin my refinance. I simply emailed necessary docs she requested, then Docu-signed preliminary forms & Voila--- within 2 weeks I signed final docs @closing in person onsite with Sara Keller herself. Mind blown, I can't tell you how easy it was & after suffering through years of paying a monthly mortgage with a high interest rate from a bank because I hated the thought of dealing with all the phone prompts to get hooked up with an actual person, only to find out they're in another state, then they transferred me again to another person and I had to tell them the same info over & over! I have NEVER ever in my life had such a GREAT experience dealing with my financial institution and I can't believe it took me 20 years to reach out to Premier CU for help.

Used to be OK, before the "pandemic", now their service is poor and they are ridiculous on mask enforcement. I opened the front door to use the ATM machine today without my mask because there was NOBODY in that section of the front entrance. A lady came out and rudely told me to put on a mask or leave. She didn't offer a disposable mask. As I left I noticed the SMALL sign on the front door saying mask was required. Might have to do my banking somewhere else.

I have been with Premier Members CU for more than 4 years now, and they have been one of the best banks that I have ever dealt with. I had financed and refinanced about four cars with them, and I have a credit card with low interest. Jane Hansen in Consumer loans is great and I have never had any problems with their customer service. Of course, I understand you just can't make the whole world happy...I'm completely happy and satisfied with the PMCU, and I'd refer or recommend friends and family to Premier Member CU anytime.

Good company to work with. Professional and helpful. Willing to work with you I would recommend them will accept new members for new loans

I recently refinanced my vehicle with Premier for the second time while also consolidating (7) credit cards into a single low-interest rate account. Please note, I currently reside in Oklahoma and only had an account with them previously because that was who Refi-Jet (the company I used to refinance my truck through originally) landed on when entertaining refinance options. With the above in mind, I am happy to say Premier Members Credit Union is the absolute best bank I have ever dealt with. The individual who walked me through everything was Abigail who was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful with whatever we needed. I highly recommend this bank and working with Abigail, even if you don't live anywhere near Colorado.

The most incompetent bank ever - constantly locking out my account and picking their own security question answers for you - what a bunch of morons, I dropped my account faster than a HOT POTATO - Never bank with these fools!

I saw the first review here bashing premier and more importantly Shay in collections who I have dealt with personally for several months due to being behind on the loan. Shay, Erica, and everyone I speak or have spoken to have been the most professional and understanding of my situation. I cant thank or express my appreciation for all of their assistance nearly enough. I cant help but think there is more to the story than what this reviewer is disclosing. I stay in contact with them probably more than I should via email advising of my situation and when im going to pay and follow through with what i tell them and have had no issues or rudeness from anyone at premier. In fact, I refer them to anyone I can because of their professionalism and understanading. They couldve picked up the vehicle any time but choose to work with me because I do my best to catch up and dont feed them bull to make them happy. Honesty goes a long way that ignoring calls doesnt in theae situations. Suggest this reviewer be more honest about all that brought them to this point before anyone takes his review to heart. This is a great institution and I highly reccomend to anyone.

I have had two car loans with Premier since 2013. One car loan was for a family member and in 2015 that all went to crap. My family was going through major hardships that end of the year. I was always in constant contact with the bank calling them trying to figure things out so we didn't lose our only last vehicle. I spoke with Shay in collections department recently and she was very rude even threatening me in quotes " If you don't pay by Friday i will come get your vehicle" after she got really upset when i tried to explain to her how i felt i was being treated. I am doing the best I can but sometimes life hits you hard and i definitely didn't need that from Shay at Premier Members. It is not okay to treat a customer like that even though we may be having some financial trouble you never know what someone is going through so i am not okay with the way i was treated by Shay in collections. I defiantly am taking action in this matter. So if your looking for a bank that treats you nice in every situation Premier Members is not the one.

I have been with PMFCU for several years and they have always provided me with excellent products and services. I know I can trust them to handle my checking, credit, and loans, and if any problems arise, they are handled quickly and professionally. They are expanding which makes visiting branches convenient but also being part of the CU network, I can access my money at nearly any credit union. I highly recommend working with this amazing team.

A few years ago I joined Premier Members Federal Credit Union looking to get rid of the big banking experience. I had so many bad experiences with the previous bank that I had been with, I had finally had enough of their crap. Ridiculous fee's, such as the debit card fee they were about to impose on me. Actually charging me monthly just to use my debit card seemed ridiculous, so I was done with them. A friend told me about credit unions and I was very interested. I am very glad I listened to my friend because the banking experience you get from credit unions, at least the credit unions I've been a member of, is so much better than anything else. Shorter lines, banking reps that actually care about you, great customer service, usually very little to no fee's. You can't go wrong with that! I Highly recommend Premier Members Federal Credit Union.
