They have been much better than the bank we were loaning from before! We have a lower interest rate, they were flexible and personable.

I am very pleased with the loan services provided. It has not been costly the loan is very manageable with payments. I have had multiple loans from them. I recommend them for your next loan.

Great rate but the insurance piece wasn’t explained well - but overall happy with the loan. They couldn’t get the auto pay working but was able to fix in the new payment portal.

I have been with primeway for awhile over 10yrs I just love those nice people sweetest people you ever meet they help me put all four of my children through collage,and I just want to say Thank You for everything and will continue to advise people to join.

They like to assess $30 overdraft fees and you have to go into your branch location and negotiate with them on reversing the fees! This is excessive and serves no purpose but to increase the bottom line of Primeway!

Setting up my business account was so easy. They let me know exactly what paperwork I needed to bring in so there was no back and forth and we gor the whole process done during my lunch break! The branch in the Heights is always ready to help if I have any questions about my account.

Amazing loan rates and friendly, personal service are my favorite things about Primeway. I also love everything you can do with the mobile app including being able to deposit my checks. It even has a really cool budgeting tool now.

Horrible horrible customer service. No interest in resolving issues with theft & fraud. Clearly, they don't care about their customers. I would give them no stars if I could! I was robbed on the Saturday of a holiday weekend. When I reported theft, I was told it would take at least 4 days for me to get my money back. Your bank is supposed to protect you but they have no interest in that!

I have been a customer of Primeway Federal Credit Union for years - twenty four years to be exact, when the credit union went by another name. Years ago before I was leaving Houston, Texas, to start college in Athens, Georgia, my checking account was illegally accessed through someone, who withdrew $300 three different times from my account during the weekend. I was highly concern because I only had $1000 in the first place and I needed every penny of it to move and get settled in Georgia. When I contacted the bank that following Monday, they took care of the situation and I was reimbursed my money immediately. After this incident, I knew I would be a customer for life.
