Verified Customerbeen paid for and they still put it on my credit report . i asked for the details for service and said it was illegal, i am like what? this is my bill why can't you tell me. very rude people out there monora. you need not to yell at me. you nasty person.

Verified CustomerOver charged and will not negotiate or discuss at all. No ability to resolve errors or charges. Paid off $2000 in charges to clear account then they hit with late unposted charges. Can’t work with them

Verified CustomerI got this bill while I was in a rehab facility because they had to have x rays done. I was not supposed to be charged at all. UTMB was supposed to be billed.
