Renton Collections

It look me a year to pay off my bill $5000 dollar bill, I worked with Sandra and Jennifer, both lovely ladies. I don't really review collection agencies, but these ladies treated me fairly all the time. Collection agencies typically get a bad rep, but it's not their fault. We should all make good on our bill promises.

Very mad at my doctor for sending me to collections in the middle of a pandemic, after I had lost my job.

I spoke to Ms. Martinez and she was able to delete the account from my credit report. I'll be able to move in to my new apartment. It's insane that doctors send accounts to collections when you have no job or money to pay your bills.

Renton Collections helped me improve my score. I had many medical bills and was finally able to get a loan to get these paid off. They removed all of them from my credit report. They worked with me throughout many months to get my bills down to zero.

My credit score went up 90 points !!!

Extremely unreasonable and and not willing to help at all, with any payment plans. Would not disclose pertinent information to help expedite payment process extremely rude! Seemed like every time I called I could never get through to any one willing to help, I always got voicemail

I wish I could give a negative rating because this business employs the worst kinds of people so if you're a miserable person and enjoy talking down to people, being disrespectful, not listening to customers, and generally being an ugly person, this is the place you should work! Jennifer is rude, condescending, and downright an ugly person so if you call and get her to help you just hang up and call back, not that anyone else is any better. On a serious note, I had a bill in collection with them that I didn't owe, and I tried explaining that to them and I was called a liar that didn't pay their bills. After being hung up after being told they didn't even have a copy of the bill to validate my debt, I called the provider and figured out it was placed on my credit in error, which I had tried to explain to Renton Credit Collections. And when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was sent to voicemail with no callback. To make matters worse they said it'll be 60 days before it is removed from my credit. They should not be in business!

I did not receive correspondence to pay before it showed on my credit and I was absolutely willing to pay. That was quite unfair to me.

this is not mine someones hacking my account and identify I made a police report i have this under control now so I go I going to have to contact renton

I'm very hopeful that they will see that I'm willing to spend all the money I have to my name to at least pay something, I have fallen on horrible times and see no way out unless I start to help fix my credit

I’m unsure of the details on this collection. I believe it could be a collection of hospital bills from when I fell ill during a time I had no health insurance or a means of employment.

This is the worst collections company ever! I wasn't even contacted by these jerks play my address hasn't changed in years. My credit rating has been good for a long time and now this. Senior citizens always get screwed over buy some overzealous crappy company like Renton collections
