Our loan experience for our second house was kind of split. While our experience with the original mortgage was good, the overall house loan was problematic when we had to leave. However, Rob Rooney was very considerate and professional in our consultations and meetings. The biggest thing was his consistency with going over details. He was careful to explain the whole mortgage contract was very meticulous in making sure we not only understood, but also could on some level reiterate what he was saying. When we were getting ready to finish the contract and sign, he was careful to adjust our payment liabilities as well as to make sure we understood all possible options in case our situation changed and we had to move out. This was of great advantage to us as we had to move a few years later as our job situations moved. His attention to detail saved us thousands of dollars when this happened.
