Sabine Federal Credit Union

This bank has given me nothing but problems and has very little respect for the time of teachers. I asked them to take care of me as a member and help me replace my card. They chose not to. They would not even work with me at all. Their hours are horrible and do not work for me. The least they could do is apologize for their inconvenience, but they even fail at that. My other colleagues here overheard the conversation and remarked at how uncaring and poor the service was. All I need is someone that lives in my house with me and banks with Sabine to come in and pick up a card for me. I cannot have it mailed as it would cause me financial difficulty. The simple fact is that they allow my brother to make deposits for me and even cash checks, but oh no sir we can't let him pick up a reprinted debit card. Horrible horrible bank that cares very little for the work I do. They even stated "well you could leave work early like most people". I hate to break it to them, teaching is not most professions and we can't just leave students with no one to instruct. I have said my piece and I hope people know that this bank does not do a good job taking care of its members. It falls short.
