I have a car loan with them (not by choice). I applied for a personal loan online. Nobody contacted me for days. I contacted support, they told me to wait another 2-3 days. Still nobody called. Finally got a hold of someone on the phone and she processed my application on the phone, which means I have no idea where the electronic version ended up. Then had to wait another week just to find out I was denied. Just another lazy, greedy bank like all the others.

After calling multiple times and asking for a call back, no one ever calls back. I called again and stayed on hold for 30 minutes and the lady basically told me to call another leasing company because all they do is finance the loan. That is the problem. Long story short-There are many other options to lease or finance a car, home, or whatever. Do yourself a favor and find a company that actually cares about the customer and not just about their pocketbook.

Great customer service. Very on time with all my needs. I have been with them for over 20 years and they have always been there to meet my needs and make things a lot easier.

I have called them twice to get a lower interst rate, each time their system had just gone down, they never called me back, ever. I will be looking elsewhere to get this loan paid off.

This is only for company employees and retirees. It is a credit union card with fair interest rates...so, odds are, you do not qualify.

I needed a car loan for a purchase from a private owner and the application process went smoothly and I locked it in at the expected rate. I was able to hand the money over to the car's owner and he was able to cash it just fine. I got transferred the title to the car with no hiccups. Also, I used their checking services at the time. It's very convenient to know that pretty much any credit union ATM is free to use. Overall, it was a very smooth process for dealing with a credit union and obtaining a relatively small car loan. (Small because I paid for some of the car with cash, the rest with the loan, then I paid off the loan to the CU and owe nothing on the car now.)
