Very good institution good rates and treat their customers very well. Everyone in the place is very cordial and helpful. They even have free water!

It’s a good institution. Fair. Reasonable. Easy paperwork/payment slips provided. All around happy, happy, joy, joy feelings. Enough said.

Worst bank I have ever come in contact with. This bank has let unidentified charges pile up even after the bank was notified that these charges were unknown and fraudulent. The bank was asked several times to close the account and repeatedly refused to do so. The bank allowed charges to continue so that they could rack up overdraft charges and then say the account had to be brought to 0 before closing. Even after doing so the bank still refused to close the account so that the cycle could restart. Ask the bank for a list of recurring automatic charges, they never emailed the list. Worst possible bank to use, run, or your money will run from your wallet.

i am absolutely horrified by the poor customer service and shady practices I have experienced recently. After being a customer for 12 years, I expect to treated with at least a modicum of respect when the business has made an error, however, that was not the case. I was actually informed they were not "willing" to assist further with the matter, not "not able" not WILLING. I will ever bank with Schools again.

I have been a member of SFCU for a few months. My mother works for EGUSD and has been a member forever. She recently has taken advantage of a really good rate on a loan, after which she talked to me about establishing a good relationship with a CU, as opposed to with just my regular bank, Wells Fargo. So, I decided it couldn't hurt, decided to give Schools a try. I’ve had nothing but professionalism and positive experiences. I recommend Schools to everyone (who qualifies for membership ;-).

I've been a member at Schools Financial for over two years now. I have been very happy with their products. It is a great Credit Union with low to no fees, great service, great rates on loans and accounts. I highly recommend the Banking for Everyone Checking account. It pays 7% interest on the first $500 so long as you make one bill pay from the account each month. I use it as a rainy day fund. Where else are you going to earn 7% on your money?! The branches are clean and they are part of the Co-op network which means you can use other credit unions ATM's and branches (for free) to do your banking if their isn't a Schools branch nearby. I highly recommend this Credit Union for all savers.

Schools financial credit union is one of the best around. I had them many years back so Im hoping that nothing has change, so if that is so, they are definitely family. Schools financial credit union really took care of me when I was a customer and made me felt as If I was one of their own. They were the best when it came to time management and I was never charged ridiculous fees for everything. Thats another thing, low to no cost fees for services. Its ridiculous people charge to do simple things when it comes to banking. I recommend this credit union to everyone.

This is my third credit union that I've had to switch to due to moving and needing a credit union closer to me. I thought that nothing was going to be as good as my old credit union that I was involved in, but Schools proved me wrong. I am a third year nursing student and they helped me with all my loans and even made sure that I was clear of the new disclosures that they had -something that the other unions did not discuss with me. The customer service was courteous, and this location is right by my house. It's a win-win for me!

My parents helped me open a new savings account at Schools Financial Credit Union way back when I was I was in high school. They told me that they personally had had a good experience being members at this financial institution and it would be a good idea for me to start saving now for college and beyond. When we went to our local Schools Financial Credit Union branch, we were greeted with informative tellers and financial advisors who assisted us in opening an appropriate account that would suit my needs. I personally loved the fact that I was able to switch to a student account when I went off to college to which my parents were linked and could send me money as needed. My savings package has also grown extensively due to gaining money off on interest. Since I have graduated from college and moved away I can still trust keeping my money with this institution for savings.

I have been a Schools member for a little over a year now, and I have to say, that they are one fantastic financial institution. I have had other bank accounts with other places, and they just do not measure up to Schools. For one, they have a 7% interest rate on their accounts. I just made an account for my 1 year old daughter with this 7% interest, so I'm looking forward to the payout on that for her later on. Their customer service is always top notch. If I have a problem with my account, they are on it right away, without any arguing. All in all, I think that this is one of the best, if not the best, bank I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.
