Scott went above and beyond to get our sale closed. It was a very difficult bank owned property transaction with title and escrow out of state. Scott was on top of all the minute details right from the start. He did not let one little item slip by him. His constant contact with myself, the buyer, escrow and title was impeccable. He came highly recommended as an excellent loan officer by my real estate agent and after working with him I could see why. I recently closed on a short sale in May of 2015 after starting the process eight months earlier. When the seller’s bank approved my short sale offer, I had only fifteen days to close, which was an almost impossible request. I called a few banks and the earliest offer was to close in thirty days. Scott was able to get me approved for a loan with a competitive fixed interest rate in just ten business days!! Scott was very reactive to my needs. He would always text or email me within 5 minutes of receiving my messages. He did a great job of explaining how the loans work especially to a first time homebuyer like myself. Scott is a very honest and genuine person, never making me feel pressured to go with his offer. If it were not for Scott, I would not be in my home today. He is awesome!
