I’m not one to leave reviews for businesses. It’s just not who I am. But, SeacoastBank is by far one of the worst banks I’ve ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Their customer service is a joke. I lost my debit card and they wouldn’t get it to me for 10 to 15 days. Or I could spend money to get it expedited. Which I refuse to do because it’s a money grab. So I opened a new account at a better bank and began the process of switching my funds over. They will still charge you fees and overdraft fees even though you turn off overdraft protection. Also, Antonio at customer service is incredibly unprofessional and rude. Do yourself a favor and find any bank other than seacoast.

Terrible Customer Service from 1-866# This bank needs to get it together, patience is running very thin with this bank with their random fees and the time it takes just to get a new card. There is no choice of a temporary card, every other bank offers this service, so we are noW without a bank card for 2 weeks. Always an issue with SeacoastBank it never fails !

Considering Seacoast National Bank? RUN as fast and far as you can. We were pre-qualified for a construction loan in July '19 only to have the loan denied 90 days later in Sept '20. Not one thing changed on our credit report or construction plan during this time. We applied for a 50% down, $300M loan and both have FICO scores of 775-830 with almost no debt other than an existing home that would be sold upon completion of our new home. Based on their pre-qual letter, we hired an attorney, contracted with a builder, developed plans and paid for surveys further putting us at financial risk. Thank god we were able to quickly find an alternative bank and close the deal at a better rate. Trust me...you cannot trust Seacoast National Bank.

Seacoast Bank granted my corporation a credit line in 2016. For Three years, I made payments in excellent fashion of interest only. Recently, they added on $ 150 in "Other Payments". They refused to specify what that was. Now, they have demanded either payment in full of $ 39,000, or to increase the monthly payments more than 3X. They are causing true hardship!

My wife and I have been Floridian Bank customers for many years. Seacoast is taking over and the account we've had FREE will now cost $7 per month. We've had banks take over our bank several times and, in all cases, our terms have been grand-fathered in. In one case I still have the same terms for an account I opened 20 years ago, that has been taken over by another bank twice. We will both be closing our accounts prior to Seacoast conversion. IMHO Seacaost is a SHYSTER bank,

Seacoast National Bank is a wonderful community bank. I opened checking and savings accounts shortly after I moved to Florida six years ago. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Seacoast has many convenient branch locations in Central and South Florida. Most branches have drive through service and are open late at least one day a week. Some locations are even open on Saturdays. They have an easy to use and secure online banking website. Seacoast is a strong and stable bank with a great local reputation and has been in business for over eighty years. I have been very happy with their customer service and have recommended their banking and services to friends, family and associates many times.

Seacoast National Bank doesn't currently offer any credit cards. Their debit cards, on the other hand, do use chip technology.
Chip cards are also called EMV cards. Using a chip instead of just a magnetic strip in credit cards is more secure and offers much better fraud protection.
In the last few years chip cards gained a lot of popularity nationwide. Many of the major issuers already shifted to using this technology. There is a wide variety of EMV credit cards to choose from, you only need to find the best one for your needs.
