They financed a $1200 water heater for $7900 for my sick and elderly father. Immoral and unethical on their part, and the part of the plumber. They took advantage of and pretty much robbed my vulnerable, elderly parents. We had no idea until my father passed away a couple of months ago. They refused the reasonable settlement we offered, and are now harassing/threatening my mother with collections, more fees, and a lien on her home. There is no way she can pay $200/month for the rest of her life toward this, on a very fixed income. This kind of price gouging is insane.

I have used many loan places and by far Security finance on 5 mile is the best. I work with Lexi and she is amazing and so friendly. Both ladies in this office are great always doing their very best to help people in their time of need. They actually care about their people and want the very best for them. I feel welcome and listened to which is a big thing for me cuz when I need money I have to have my payment not go over A certain amount and they don’t ever push me to go over. Thanks ladies you’re the best

I went to security finance to do my 2021 taxes. I was not wanting to go to someone new cause of an injured spouse report, not very many people get it correct but Sandra done a wonderful job. I got my taxes on time with no issues. Thank you security finance. I'll be seeing you next tax season.

This loan is paid off and I was never late on any payments. I'm filing a complaint with BBB. THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE AND FCC. This was paid off on April 3, 2022. I called they were rude and I will never recommend this financial institution to anyone. Horrible service

Easy to get the loan. But then when wanting to refinance they want to do another hard pull on my credit even though I had never been late on the previous. ( not good for the report) decided to close it and go w someone else.
Security Finance does not disclose which credit bureau it uses for approval, and there isn't much anecdotal evidence from customers. It's important to note that personal loan providers often pull different credit reports for different people depending on factors like their location. It's also common for a company to pull two reports, or even pull from all three of the major credit bureaus.
So it's best to expect that Security Finance could pull from Experian, Equifax or TransUnion, or a combination of them. Make sure all your credit reports are in good shape before applying.
