I have been banking with Security Service Federal Credit Union for over 8 year and I have nothing but the best things to say about them. Their customer service is just great with staff helping you as soon as you walk through the door. Their CD rates are extremely competitive and the process of signing up is very simple. Once when I had a late fee by accident, I went to the teller and she waived the fee for me in good faith. Talk about good service. Will definitely continue to bank with them for a long time.
Great customer service, very secure, always responsive about any disputes, never had any late payments, APR 9%, fast service, replacement card in less than 10 days
After being with this bank since 2011, they have ruined my credit score with little to no help. Back to back late fees after I opted out of the overdraft protection and fees keeps coming. I never had this happen until January of this year 2023. Now because of the fees they closed my account with no warning. No phone calls or email they just closed it. After being loyal and doing everything right, this is how they treat me. Thanks I guess…
Disputing credit cards with these people are a nightmare. If you ever run into the problem of not getting services meet and scammed, trying to dispute these charges more than likely they will always side with the scammers. I’ve never had not one dispute taken care of because they always close the case out with some bogus excuse. I’ve had two credit cards closed out because of this and had my credit damaged because of it. Mastercard is the worst
Was with this bank for going on 7 years and it's done nothing to help me and my family out in our hard times of need, even with decent credit. On the contrary it's done some shady things to hurt us financially. I was finally fed up and went to Chase. I don't regret my decision.

Our Hyundai Santa Fe Sport has been super reliable, comfortable, and easy to drive. It's mainly been a city car, with just a few road trips of several hundred miles. We keep it garaged, and it still looks almost brand new.
I talked with Veronica on the phone and she was very helpful she answered all of my questions . I had to call a second time because I thought of a another question and she was very happy to help me again .
The bank itself is fine, but it seems like anytime I need to transfer my Own money I am met with maintenance notices and network errors (despite the status of my connection). I know that server maintenance is unavoidable but the frequency and previously mentioned lack of access to my money is unacceptable.
Security Service FCU credit cards can offer an APR between 10.24% and 18%, depending on your creditworthiness and what card are you applying for. The interest rate is fixed, though, so it won't change because of economic conditions.
Here's a list of Security Service FCU credit cards and their APRs:
Security Service Power Mastercard®: 11.24% to 18.00%
Security Service Power Rewards Mastercard®: 16.50% to 18.00%
Security Service Power Business Mastercard®: 10.24% to 12.24%
Security Service Power Business Cash Back World Mastercard®: 13.74% to 16.74%
Security Service Power Business Travel Rewards World Mastercard®: 13.74% to 16.74%
Just keep in mind that you don't have to pay any interest on your purchases if you pay the balance in full by the due date. Aside from the regular interest rate, these cards also have a separate balance transfer and cash advance APR. You can find all of the interest rates on the monthly statement or the card's agreement.
