As a representative for Fidelity Investments, he lacks professionalism. There had been security issues with my account, and his response was cavalier and he was quite rude. When he wasn't addressing my concerns, I asked to speak with the 'account security/fraud dept.' - he said that they don't speak with customers. I then asked to speak with his supervisor, Michael Betterman, and he (Steve Doucette) said: "You are not going to speak with my supervisor" and he did not offer any alternatives to speak with anyone else. At the end of our conversation, I let him know that I was unhappy with the interaction. I told him that I would be calling to speak with someone else, and I asked that he not do anything with my account. As it turns out, he still made a change to my account.
