Mr. Griffin was very helpful when I decided to refinance with Suntrust a few years ago. They had the best rates I could find, and Mr. Griffin assured me that Suntrust would not sell the mortgage to another company. That made me feel better, because I knew I could pick up the phone and call him or his staff if I had issues with the mortgage later on. He took care of everything was always willing to contact me whenever I had questions or needed more information. It was a quick and easy process, and I would certainly use his services again in the future.
