Easiest Loan that I have ever applied for online, disappointed that they don't refi after 18 months, when one's credit score is much higher to get a better rate.

Have been trying to cancel my account for a couple days now and just getting the run around, called today 1/11/2021 and got GG or however you say her name. She didn’t speak much English which was horrible to try and understand, I stated I just wanted to cancel my accounts which then she went into trying to make me stay why I wanted to leave I don’t feel the need to answer anything I just wanted to cancel my stuff. Then tells me she can’t which I got this before, so I asked for a manager which at that time wouldn’t transfer me kept saying there was no manager that she couldn’t do that then hung up on me. I called back again to be hung up on after asking for a manager same female answered as before, so then I call back again and have my wife ask for a manager and then again the same female hung up on us again. Proceed to call for the 4th time and get a male not sure his name but kindly ask again for a manager, and he says hold on I’ll transfer you to one is there anything I could do to help you in the meantime I said no just a manager. Very unprofessional to treat a customer that way I will never come back to this bank horrible service

I have paid them $20,000 in interest. The interest rate is very high. Some of the customer service representatives are not very friendly or very helpful.

The best SunTrust credit card with no foreign fees is the SunTrust Travel Rewards Credit Card because it offers 3% cash back on travel, 2% back on dining and 1% back on all other purchases.
SunTrust's Travel Rewards Card also has a bonus of $250 for spending $3,000 in the first 3 months. That's in addition to a $100 statement credit every four years to cover the application fee for either Global Entry or TSA Pre-Check. This card has an $89 annual fee, but it's waived the first year.
If you plan on traveling abroad or making online purchases from foreign merchants, it's best to use a SunTrust credit card with no foreign transaction fee. But all of SunTrust's unsecured cards require excellent credit for approval. The Secured Card is designed for people with bad credit, but it's better for rebuilding credit than making purchases outside the U.S.
