I've been a regular customer of SunTrust Bank for about five years now and have nothing but good things to say about them and my experiences with them. Initially, signing up was very easy to do. They walked me through it and had me set up in a very short period of time. They did a particularly good job in explaining all the services and terms so it was clear and transparent. I mostly use their Checking/Savings/Debit services and those have been great. Never had an overdraft, double charge, or any other bad experience/problem. Their customer support has always been very friendly and helpful in answering any questions I might have. Helpful, convenient, effective, this bank is great.
