these people and TMOBILE are trying to get money from me for a service i did not use. tmoble is the sleaziest company i have ever dealt with

This shouldn't be on my credit. It was fr phones I didn't receive and never had t-mobile service. T-mobile sent my phones I ordered online to a different address and wouldn't even make it right
This shouldn't be on my credit. T-mobile sent 2 phones to a totally different address why should I have to pay for them when I didn't receive the package or have the phone service ever and they didn't even try to make it right
I do not owe t-mobile any thing I told them 3 times to close my account and they don't so that's not my problem they should have closed it they refused to closed it at the time I didn't owe anything
This company is totally unprofessional. The account in question was closed by me in 2016 after original source failed to provide advertised services. T-Mobile informed me that account was closed by them 3 years ago. It is too old to be on a credit account. And information received is very very sketchy to say the least!
I am going to call this a 4 star rating because when I notified their customer service their site was unavailable on t-mobile home internet the rep was snooty writing as if I was using that as an excuse for not paying rather than simply notifying them I had to pay through a remote connection to a server in AWS. They are punctual debiting on the correct day, not before and not a week later when forgotten.
this they never put insurance on my phone like they said they did I told them that I asked for insurance t mobile is horrible this is why I paid for insurance
I closed this account last year and I am Still getting bills In the mail and that not fair to me and it spent make no sense how T-Mobile should be aware that I was dissatisfied with their service and I turn in their equipment
