We have worked with Tammy on a new home loan, as well as a refinance on two other occasions. The most recent refinance was a streamline loan with we qualified for. The process was very quick and virtually painless as far as those things go. She needed few documents from us and was able to tell us which documents she did need in advance. We met with her at the initial consultation and again at closing. She is ALWAYS available for questions via email and never acts annoyed at the smallest question that you may feel uneducated on. We would highly recommend her because she is so service oriented and we feel like we are in good hands.
