Been very helpful and good costumer service and reasonable accounts and convenient if shared branches and was pretty friendly when I walked in there branch to open a account and professional
My family has been with this bank for over 20 years. The bank has given my money to people who use my drivers' license to access my account multiple times leading us to have to use a password. Their online website is always an issue or broken down. They charge me over draft fees mean while I have a savings 0 and checking fund available under one account/ debit/credit card and theyll charge me a fee of 30 each time they have to roll over the money that I have available. If you try to transfer the money over thats when the website wont work and theyll charge you $ a transaction. Im very upset how they treated me and my family over the years. They didnt give us any deals for loans or purchases and in fact they were the consistent deniers and highest rates even with a credit rating in the 700s .. When I leave state I cant take money out with out a fee even if its a credit union . They dont care about customer service they are just looking to turn a profit

And this is how they treat you And this is how they treat you.
Teachers Federal Credit Union (TFCU) is engaged in a fraudulent scheme to solicit new members under the guise of offering a promotional bonus for opening up a checking account (Offer400). After providing TFCU with my SSN, DOB, Address, and debit card deposit, TFCU accepted my deposit and assigned me a membership number. However, without explanation in writing or orally, TFCU failed to establish a checking account for me and refunded the debit card deposit.
Please join me in filing complaints with the National Credit Union Association about the TFCU fraudulent actions and consider participating in a class action lawsuit to hold TFCU legally and financially responsible should a TFCU's member's personal identity be stolen or misused.
Scandalous. Opened an account for bonus. They accepted me, then locked my account, then dropped me weeks later. This happened to LOTS of people. Glad I did not fund with any money as many people did. They had no control over their money for weeks. Stay away!
They are MEH... maybe I am biased because I also do some banking with another credit union based out of Upstate NY, but the thing that really disappoints me about using a checking account with TFCU--is the atm fees. They say they are part of the Allpoint ATM network, which from my understanding is supposed to mean that if you use an Allpoint ATM, you won't be charged a fee. What they don't tell you is that TFCU will charge you it's own fee, no matter what ATM you use, Allpoint or otherwise. It's only free if you use a branch ATM, and there aren't a ton of branches available. I just find that too inconvenient for busy adults who might not always have time to travel to a branch. I was disappointed
Good friendly personal great rate easy to manage online convenient branch also part of the allpoint atm network plus shared branching if ur near another credit union and need help. Low fees and good perks. 4 stars bc their app could definitely be better such a debit card controls integration
CREDIT CARD EXPIRES IN TWO YEARS AND THEY TOOK IT UPON THEMSELVES TO SEND ME A NEW CARD, BUT THEY DEACTIVATED MY CURRENT CARD WHEN THEY PUT NEW CARD IN MAIL. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WAS 400 MILES AWAY ON VACATION WHEN I FOUND OUT MY CARD WAS DECLINED BECAUSE THE NEW CARD I DIDN'T RECIEVE YET WASN'T ACTIVATED,I'M GIVING TWO STARS FOR THE LOW RATE BUT ZERO STARS FOR THEIR SERVICE AND PRACTICE
