Long delays, cannot get in touch with someone speak about my account. IRS payment has not been applied for months. Poor customer service, entire system needs to be revamped.

Haven't been notified about any of it and was told it was a charge off not to mention they don't make sure you can see your children like they should

Takes to long for the payments that I’ve made to show up if I have been paying as agreed why is it in collection/charge off this is hurting me to get back on my feet

They are easy and great to work with as long as you are doing what you are supposed to be doing. I have had no issues with getting ahold of someone to answer my questions.

Monitored for accuracy due to a Florida account transfered to Tennessee. I dont get to see this child and have never met him but yet I'm obligated to pay thousands of dollars.

I’ve been paying child support since March 2019. They take the money directly from my Social Security check. Child support will be completely paid off in full by 11/2022.

Paying my child support is a must. I say that because I love both of my daughters more than life and I will always step up and do the right thing when it comes to my daughters.

This account has been paid off but is still on my account so I would like it to be removed from my account so I can start rebuilding my credit

I got custody of my daughter when she was 10 and now my daughter is 27 years and I'm still paying child support that bull don't trust them
