The Commercial Bank of Ozard

I was formerly a customer of a local bank that was bought out and turned into The Commercial Bank of Ozark. I was a little nervous at first because I didn't know what type of service Ozark offered, but the transition was quite seamless. The great customer service remained the same, as they kept most of the same employees. I eventually left the bank because I moved to a location where there were no local Ozark banks, and when I went to withdraw my money from my savings account there, they were very kind and understanding. I didn't get the typical “please stay with us, we'll offer you free stuff” response, and instead got into a very friendly conversation with the teller about me moving. I would strongly recommend this bank for anyone who is looking for a new bank to deposit their savings into, and the banking options and interest rates are also very appealing.
