I have been with Golden1 Credit Union since 1991. I have been happy with their service since then. I had made more than one car loan with them which helped me build my credit. Through the years getting money became easier with better locations and direct deposit. But recently the service has decreased dramatically. Walmart made an online transaction that I didn't approve. The bank gave me money for this. Then took it back unexpectedly. Which made my account negative. I wasn't informed about this action or given a reason.
