Verified CustomerWe agreed on a set dollar amount to zero out balance, I paid as agreed 1 payment this company lied and left a balance which should be 0. This is a direct screw you when they pay pennies on the dollar for this debt and making money but still for some reason need to do this. It’s already hard enough to get by but I made a genuine deal and followed through they did not.
