worst credit union! kept saying charges were fraudulent when they were from locations i frequently visit. locked my account and they refused to unlock it when I verified with them in person that I'm me and that all the charges they deemed fraudulent was in fact me just trying to do my day-to-day shopping/errands. I've called multiple times to have my account unlocked/unfrozen and they keep saying they'll get back to me. I don't carry cash on me, so when this happened, it resulted in me being unable to spend any money for an entire week which is HARD when I have to get gas every 4 days and grocery shop twice a week! I had to borrow money from some friends to be able to carry on with my life comfortably. The bank is a complete joke, go to a real bank/credit union.

I've been with truity for years. I've never gone negative... never missed a mortgage payment and never had any fraudulent charges. I use my card all the time Until the one time when everything mattered. Ps5 became available Nov 12th. I spent hours researching how to beat the bots and secure one for my son for his birthday and Christmas. My research told me to ensure my payment was loaded prior to trying to get a ps5 online. I finally secured one. Walmart attempted to charge my card which Truity suddenly decided possible fraudulent charges for the first time ever. As i frantically attempted to load another form of payment, they sold out. Truity greatly diminished my chances to get my son what he wants for Christmas with zero notice and zero regard.

The company has always been very good to us! We have been repeat customers with them! They are very reasonable and willing to work with you. Best company by far!

Would rate a zero. Started refinance end of March 2020, our credit has been run 3 times, zero communication, still going 09/01/20.

Excellent customer service and the hours of service, along with a knowledgeable staff is always appreciated. Your online portal is also very helpful.

The WORST service ive ever recieved. Not only did the charge me $30 for their app malfunctioning, but they hire people who blame me and are passive aggresisve. Please shut down your bank and make the world a better place. They dont even care and laughed over the phone and pretended to not know what was going on. Terrible service terrible bank.

This is really an excuse for a Financial Institution; especially when you have an account with them and you're not local to the Oklahoma/Arkansas area.

I used to live in that area and the moment I moved, it was extremely difficult to bank with these people. Seriously, their online systems are a proper joke and are not linked sensibly.

And, good luck logging on to your account occasionally, they just lock you out whenever you feel like and their password resets take 2 days to take effect. And as soon as you miss a payment (regardless of whether it's their fault or not); GOOD LUCK getting them to correct the error. It will never happen.

A really terrible bank. They only care about the money not the customers. Anybody I speak to has an attitude problem. Worst bank I have ever used. Once my account is $0 I will be closing and never coming back. I do not recommend at all. The manager is supposed to be there to resolve issues but this man that I spoke to, caused the problems. I recommend US bank. They know how to bank and how to treat their customers with respect.

I have had 3 car loans through Truity and I have always had a positive experience. I chose to apply in person each time and always found their staff to be friendly and helpful. The office is very nice but also "no frills". The application/loan process has always been straightforward and they don't push the "add-ons" such as gap insurance. There have been a small number of times that I've needed to call in for technical assistance with their online banking and have always been helped immediately by a useful person.
