Only gave 1 because 0 is not a option I spoke with a lady named jaunita. She is the rudest person I've ever spoken to in my life. I don't know how she has a job still. My next step is to report her to corporate, the BBB and I'll go even further if I have to. She should not be employed by anybody ever. They lie don't report payments and take yoyr money. I had a serious injury and tries to explain I could pay all my vehicle once I settle in a couple weeks. And this lady wouldn't stop talking and throwing insults to try to resolve anything. I will do all I can to make sure she loses her job. This is a clear reflection of this company

My original lien holder sold my account to them. I call ever three months because they WILL NOT update the credit bureau unless you call. Last update for me was 18 December 2022 today is 06 March 2023

My Scottville was placed in a Chapter 7 & they are reporting it over year later on my credit report which lowered my credit score. Very upset.

My loan was sold to them from another lender. They hadn’t reported to the bureau since July of 22. I’ve had mortgages sold but never a vehicle loan but I wish the previous lien holder never sold my account. Customer service has been polite but it looks like I owe 44k when I pay 1k a month on a loan payment of 818 to eliminate it in 3.5 years vs 5

Worst experience ever they don't report all your payments customer service are very rude and unprofessional. Very high interest rate

United Auto Credit are liars and thieves they don't report all of your payments it was the worst experience ever getting a car from them and then having it repoed because they don't report payments then it looks like you're behind when you're actually just about paid off

Horrible customer service and they never leave voicemails always rude and can’t ever get a word in and constantly blowing up your phone with out leaving a voicemail
