The branch manager in the Bensalem office is a total waste of time and space. Don’t waste your time there are plenty of banks out there that will appreciate you and your business. He has the power to just close your account on a whim. I am trying to transfer funds from another bank to Univest and they are accusing me of fraud.

Friendly, responsive, and easy team to work with! Univest has great rates in this tough market. Access to real people in person and via phone was ideal.

Stay away! Go somewhere else for your mortgage!! Horrible! They barely made the deadline for our settlement. They also sent us someone else’s info in the mail!! Beware of this bank!

If you are thinking about applying for a loan with Univest, don't do it! Horrible experience with little to no customer service and I don't think they really care. It was a take it or leave it attitude. I will NEVER use Univest bank for any type of banking or financial services. I would have given negative stars if it was possible!

will make it short and simple, make sure you do understand all the terms and conditions before applying for any type of loans, and do not give any money up front, no money at all. read all the documents before applying for any type of loans. thanks.

I have banked for over 30 years at the Forty Foot Rd Univest branch. Today, I went to make a deposit and was told the check would have a 14 day hold. Ridiculous!! Asked to talk to the manager... I should say I never met him prior as they have tremendous employee turnover at this branch.Anyway, very unprofessional.... Said their policy is their policy... Didn't matter that I have banked there for so long or that I would understand a 2-3 day hold policy. Don't bank here!!

My overall experience with Univest has been nothing but good. The employees are so helpful and they're really on top of contacting you if they expect that something is wrong. A few months ago, someone had taken my purse and along with that, my credit card. Before I could contact the bank, they called me just hours later to ask if I was in Oklahoma and if I had just made a purchase at an airport. When I explained that I had never left the state, they immediately froze all of my accounts and fixed the problem. I am very impressed with them. They also have a great team to help with financing. I wouldn't have my car today if it weren't for them.

I went to Univest Bank and Trust Co. to get a personal loan to fix up my house a little bit. I was able to apply for a loan real quick and easy. I heard back from them the next day and they approved my loan! I am so happy that I am going to be able to do what I wanted to my house. It is hard to believe it only took one day to check my credit and everything but I am happy with their speed. I am supposed to get my money within a week which is great news for me.
