Horrible! Terrible ! Completely disgusting! Apparently they don’t give notice when they have system updates! The fun part about all of it is they don’t even have a department with any access to your account when this happens! After proving I hadn’t got any type of notice , they then went on to claim The notices they claim to give are general a simply states you’ll have “limited” access to your account, but in reality you’ll have none! After multiple fraudulent related incidents due to us banks very weak security walls , I have to live with my account locked daily! Then let’s not get started on wait and estimated hold times! I’ve been severely patient with them in the past but I will be moving my funds after this one! PLEASE TAKE YOUR FUNDS AND BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! U may wake up one day unable to access your hard earned money !

I have been with this disgrace of a bank for over 5 years now, keep giving them benefit of doubt. Not only do they move my money, scramble my transactions around to benefit them they allowed an employee to literally charge transactions to my account! I have had it with this corrupt bank, see you in court. Oh and don’t bother trying to remove your fraud I have it all documented so it will only look worse

I did not receive all my money from U.S. Bank. A representative lied and claimed that I called the bank requesting a replacement card. My account is tied to 2 cards that I never received. The individuals responsible for me not receiving all of my funds are totally unprofessional. I would not recommend U.S. bank to anyone.

The offered a welcome bonus that applied after filling out the online form as usual. 60 days past the final date I never received the welcome bonus. This bank is a fraud. Customer service is confusing me about that there's codes to other marketing data and things like that so you don't get an answer and you leave more confused. This is a psychological way to prevent you to get anything. I have filed complaints to federal authorities because also there's something up with the secured credit cards too. After you graduate they give you a card that is not even in their website. How profiling is that

They allowed someone to withdraw $300 from my bank account back 1 October 2022. I filed a report at the bank the next day. They took my statement and said they would investigate. 2 weeks later I go back and they start telling me the signature looked like mine and they had forwarded it to the fraud department. Several phone calls and office visits later they still investigating. More excuses to stall returning my money. December I learned the teller had been fired and another was transfers to another branch. My daughter called fraud department to learn that they never forwarded anything to them. I Set up a new account and everything. So this has stretched out to April. when I asked them when I was getting my money back they said I failed to call fraud department within 30 days of incident and my case was closed! Make sure you keep good records and get a copy of everything. They will steal your money. I’m looking for a credit union to deal with now.

Horrible customer service. No one knows anything. They will ask for all personal detail, including my SSN, and they still can't open an account without my card number. And, keep forwarding calls to others and end with no I formations.

Offering an Elite Money Market Savings at 3.75. It took time for me to set up our new account and we transferred a lot of money into the account. US bank dropped the rate back down to .01 percent within days of our transaction.

No, U.S. Bank is not closing down. U.S. Bank is downsizing considerably, though, having shuttered almost 860 of its branches from mid-2019 through the end of 2021.
One of the reasons why the U.S. bank is closing branches is that an increasing number of customers continues shifting to digital banking platforms to manage their accounts. Hence, many of the branches that were temporarily closed in 2020, because of the coronavirus pandemic, have since closed permanently, according to officials from U.S. Bank.
U.S. Bank's branch closures are part of an overall trend nationwide. More than 4,400 bank branches across the country have closed between 2017 and 2020. On top of that, bank branch closures increased by 38% in 2021. As a result, shuttered branches exceeded 2,900, setting a new record high.

You can redeem your U.S. Bank Cash+ rewards online or through the mobile app. You can also redeem your U.S. Bank Cash+ rewards by calling (888) 229-8864 or the number you see on the back of your card.
Here is how to redeem your U.S. Bank Cash+ rewards:
- Log in to your online account.
- Select "My Accounts" at the top of the page.
- Choose "Redeem Rewards & Access Card Benefits".
- Choose your desired redemption option and follow the prompts to complete your request.
Here are your U.S. Bank Cash+ rewards redemption options:
- Cash back: You can simply have your cash back rewards deposited into your U.S. Bank deposit account (savings, checking, or money market accounts). This option requires redeeming at least $25.
- Statement credit: Your cash back rewards can be applied to reduce your balance but will not count toward your minimum payment. This option requires redeeming at least $25.
- U.S. Bank Rewards Card: You can also redeem your rewards as a prepaid U.S. Bank Rewards Card. This option requires redeeming at least $25 ($5 increments thereafter).
