We tried to refinance our mortgage a couple of years ago. It took countless calls and lots of waiting until we finally had it ready to go. I talked with Vicki in May and we didn't finish the refinance until mid December. It should not have taken that long and it should not have taken me countless calls to get any sort of answers. The worst part is it was not like we switched mortgage companies. It was a refinance within the same company. Needless to say I will not be using her again. We will either find someone else in Wells Fargo or we will find a whole new mortgage company.

Vicki helped us out when we first bought our home back in 2007, and again in 2012 when we refinanced our home. Through both processes, she was very professional and knowledgeable, yet also very personable. Both buying a home and refinancing the home were first time experiences for us, and Vicki did a great job of walking us through everything, and made sure we understood every step of the process. Buying a home is a very stressful ordeal, there are a lot of unknowns, and for a young couple it is probably the biggest decision you can make. Having a loan officer like Vicki was a God send in our case.
