Horrible Company!!!! My husband passed away and we are trying to pay off the loan. They REFUSED to provide payoff to the lender which prevented loan from being approved, however monthly continued to call and send letters to threaten to repossess the car. Continued charging late fees AFTER getting the death certificate!!!

I have been happy with VW loan. I have not had any problems. I pay my payment and have no issues. My car has been great. I bring it for maintenance.
the worst company ever the company dont know anything about the car and not have any person in the home office to work on them also they need help with that so i will never buy vw or audi again
We paid off our car loan early. A couple of weeks after we received the title, we received a check. We assumed it was for interest over payment and deposited it, even though there was no communication enclosed with the check. A few days later, we discovered that VW had placed a stop payment on it, and we had been charged a stop payment fee. When we called VW, we were told that they had made a mistake. They also told us that they would refund us the stop payment fee. In addition, they said that they had actually sent out two checks and had stopped payment on both, so we should not deposit the second one. After three weeks without receiving the reimbursement check or the second "don't deposit it" check, we called to see what was going on. We were told: 1. They don't send out communication with check because the checks are sent automatically. The reimbursement was not supposed to go to us. Someone had entered a wrong number. 2. Even though we were told they would send a refund for the bank fee we were charged, they do not and will not do that. We deposited it, we took a chance and that's the way things work out. They do not send reimbursements for bank fees. That is their policy, even though it was never communicated to us. We are just "out of luck." The poor agent we spoke with felt terrible about the way we were being treated, but he could not do anything about it. VW is a greedy, all about the profit and not about the customer type of company. They do not care about promises made and then broken. Their system lacks communication and is obviously flawed, and the company cares only about their bottom line. Beware.

Still have 1 late mark on the account that was supposedly forgiven by Volkswagen due to Covid 19. However it was never removed from my credit report. I only have two payments before I will complete my obligation. Never late except for the one time that world came to a halt at the very beginning of the global pandemic.
Longtime customer. Their customer service and product is absolutely amazing. From sales to service. Always there when I need them. Always willing to help and ensure the best experience.
constant login problems, little loan data: every time I log in to the site, I have difficulty. I save my passwords, yet this site still takes 5-6 attempts to login using the same info!
