Fraud on account and Vystar did a poor investigation with Zelle. I explained immediately it was not authorized and told to come down for and close account and open new, I also secured a police report. Vystar reversed the decision without a thereon investigation. Took most of the funds back, then proceed to drain my checking account after draining savings with no notice of them draining my checking, causing me more financial problems, late fees from my auto-draft, and fees from bills I had set up on ACH, all which is causing even more financial problems. So if you have fraudulent activity don't bank here!!

DONT DO IT! THIS COMPANY HAS FALLEN SO FAR ON CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT YOU SHOULD NOT WALK BUT RUN AWAY!!!!! No return calls by reps or managers. They’ve completely lost all my business- checking, credit card, and mortgage when I can move it!!! HORRIBLE!!'!!

My review is 0. Visited Vystar at 10903 Baymeadows rd on 1-4-21. The teller scanned my husbands death certificate, said someone would contact me within 3 days. No one did and nothing but the runaround since. I will never do business with Vystar again

I wish I could give ZERO stars. This bank is horrible with communication and compassion. My auto loan for the month of December did not withdraw from my personal account at another institute. I was never notified, and because of the holidays, It was an oversight on my part. Normally, when a payment is late, someone notifies you so you can get the payment handled in a timely manner. This was not the case. I called collections at Vystar since I received a letter in the mail stating I had been sent to collections. They did not even give me time (less than 24 hours) to handle the situation before reporting me to the credit bureau. The supervisor of Vystar stated she understood my frustration, but unfortunately there was nothing she could do. I am a teacher. I am a blue collar worker. I am not late on my auto payments. This was an oversight, and now I have to suffer my credit score going down 144 points WITHOUT WARNING. I am extremely disappointed in the way Vystar works, and would never recommend them to anyone.

I wish I could give a minus 5 star review. I was pre-approved for a mortgage and they came back and declined the loan THE DAY BEFORE we were set to close. I lost $10k earnest money because these clowns are so disorganized and unprofessional. STAY AWAY!!!

Messed my credit up badly by showing that I was 30 days late due to paying it online and not in bank. Very disappointed!!! I was able to go into bank to ensure corrected but still shows negatively on my transunion. All of this for $8!!!!

You will not get a hard inquiry on your credit if you open a checking account at VyStar Credit Union. Banks and credit unions don't check your credit when you open a checking account.
