Social and health services has always been real good to me. When times were tough they worked with me keeping on payments and keeping my license. And when I was doing good they made sure to get it from me.

WA is a state (at time of award) practices exponential interest while case is active. Also adds legal fees into the award amounts during compliance hearings. Punitive awards based on things like still paying a car, having any other children, and base original award often on the calculation of possible earnings even when higher than earnings on lifetime record. cooperation is based on the mood of agent in charge. one may work to adjust order, another might become draconian and try all methods to cripple and imprison the "deadbeat", being a poverty parent owing support is hard enough in any state, and Wa wants to punish the "loser". Rarely enforce visitation schedules. Especially men but not great for single mom:me in the previous era. I only could lower the payment substantially after the youngest was 18 (though both children lived years by themselves or with others while still minors)

They never want to help a person when they are down but they SURE will make things worse to a person. I understand there are dead beat moms and dads, but they WILL NOT go after baby moma no matter how much baby moma owes. But they will put dads in jail and suspend their driving privliges and put you in collections. THEY ARE JUST AS BAD AS THE IRS!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! I cannot say anything nice about them so i will end this..... Hope this helps

Terrible they put interest on back child support when it’s not a loan or a borrowed credit, terrible what the courts do to fathers, if they hadn’t had added interest it would’ve been paid off already

There not a debt collector, a bank, or a lien holder! Why are they on here!? I have disputed them 5 times and still here. Get off peoples reports and stop reporting financial info.

Take directly from my check at 100 dollars a week. Started with a 19,000 dollar bill. Should have come with a dilly and sandpaper. Cuz thats all this place is good for. Even though i never got served a single paper still got the shaft. Its criminals like our judicial system that makes this country hate each other. So dont have kids its cruel and unusual punishment in my opinion.

They don't send you any statements of anything that you may owe, and when you call to ask for info, they brush you off and hang up on you. They are not helpful at all, and won't help you if you're a male trying to be a responsible parent.
