As of Dec 1 2020 , I no longer have my car thanks to the timing belt tensioner which failed causing it to throw a rod front and back of motor which then blew oil onto the hot turbo catching fire. My insurance, thank GOD for full coverage, paid it off to copart as total loss. WHY IS WELLS FARGO STILL BOTHERING ME WITH PHONE CALLS? I've explained my situation, the matter is out of my hands. I've even been offered restitution from Hyundai corporation. Get it together already

Very happy with how Wells Fargo handles their business and clients. They worked with me during the beginning of the lockdown in my state. When I extension expired I wasn’t aware which caused me to become almost 2 months behind. I contacted them told them I would be making 2 payments within 2days. They told me I would still get the collection calls that had started which they stopped calling after I spoke with customer care.
