Wells Fargo has a really outdated system for their electronic funds transfer program, multiple times I've put my payment through and it was 6 usually 9 days later before they took it out of my account, and with so many things coming out at once I can't tell if they pulled the payment, and the next thing I know is I have an overdraft fee because they didn't take the money when I told them to. Their system sucks and they are selfish lenders. I do not recommend them for auto loans. Or any loan really

Wells fargo was a great help to me in my time of need. Thanks guys. Now getting divorced. Gave truck to ex wife. She refinanced it. And 2 months later. It is still on my credit score. Its paid off on my part. And now ex wife has it. I had to sign off on it. Take it off my credit score already. Its been paid off for 2 months dang it already. I neec that off my credit score already. Kinda ok but really not happy that you have to call them to pay extra on the principal. They DO NOT have a way to do it online. If you pay extra online they just go ahead and take it off the best payment if you don't call them and tell them. They need to fix this, it is soooooo inconvenient!!!!!

Didn’t have any issues with Wells Fargo but it’s taking forever for it show I’ve paid off my loan. Paid it off in November and it’s now the middle of March, just wondering when it’s finally gonna show on my credit report. They were very helpful when I had the loan though.
