2) You're in bad luck if you're trying to file a claim with this company. Horrible customer service - their representatives are rude and often sound angry for no reasons. One time a rep put me on hold for hours because I asked too many questions. They will answer most of your questions with "we'll get back to you," or "I'm not sure, so I can't answer that question." It has been almost two months since I've filed my claim, but I still don't know when my estimates are coming. I call every week, and they would reply with "we will get back to you within a few days."
