Wintrust Mortgage

This is a follow up from my last review on Windtrust Mortgage. I said it was horrible & my review still stands. My husband & I had to pay the extra $1200 payment that these ppl either misappropriated, embezzled or lost. ? No matter the proof from Chase that showed where we made our payments, these ppl still threatened us. We are not taking this laying down. We are VERY VERY disappointed in who & what this company has become. INCOMPETENT!! DO NOT USE!!! You’ve been warned.

Brothers and Sisters Stand Down there is absolutely NOTHING accurate, reliable or authentic about this Servicer. Was iFreedom now also Veterans First Mortgage aside from that naturally named entity. The simplest question to ask yourself is if they were any good, whatsoever, why then do they require so many aka's? The answer might be - it is easier to confuse then comply or confront the issues caused by poor and deficient business practices Regulated by compromised individuals.

This company is good but needs to have online payment availability. The website is not user friendly. I would like to know if the refinance percentage rates should change.

Your website is doesn't allow me to order info I need for refinancing. Then caused me to have a late payment due to over 20 days to get needed info.
