UMB Bank Savings Accounts

Very unpleasant experience with my HSA in UMB. A recent update to their website made it impossible to find my investment overview to make any changes. I submitted a help request and was told they couldn't help, but call during their inconvenient hours of support and something would work out. Will be transferring out my funds to Fidelity or somewhere else as soon as I can find where UMB has hidden my money.

This is about their HSA. The fees aren't the highest, but far from the lowest. And try finding out what the fees are!! The most non-transparent fees possible. As for customer service, while they do pick up fast enough, and are polite enough, they are unable to fix anything. Want to send them an email, so as to document your communication with them? Can't do it, not possible. No email for their HSA. Even though the website has a link offering you a way to email them, all that does is give you the customer service phone number. If you have a choice: STAY AWAY.

Absolute scumbags. They charge fees for everything. I had an HSA with UMB only to find that they had taken $250 out of the HSA in BS fees that they did not disclose when I opened the account. AVOID!!!
