Add to your email:
- Copy the text in the Preview section above
- Open your AOL account
- Click on the "Options" link in the upper right hand corner
- Select "Compose" from the left menu
- In the section where it says "Rich Text / HTML", paste the text you copied in the box
- Press the "Save Settings" button
- Copy the text in the Preview section above
- Open your Yahoo! account
- Hover over on the settings wheel icon in the upper right hand corner
- Select "Mail Options" from the pull down menu
- Click on "Signature" in the left menu
- Paste the text you copied earlier in the box
- Press the "Save" button
- Copy the text in the Preview section above
- Open your Gmail account
- Go to the "Settings" page
- Under the "General" tab look for the "Signature" section
- Paste the text into the box next to the signature section
- Click on "Save Changes" button
- Compose a new message and verify the new signature is in place
- Copy the text in the Preview section above
- Open your Apple Mail account
- Click on "Mail" and then "Preferences"
- Once the "Preferences" window is open, select the "Signatures" tab
- Add a new signature by clicking on the "+" icon
- Then paste the text you copied in the box

Add to your email:
- Copy the email signature HTML, paste it into Notepad, and save the file as "wallethub.html" in "My Documents."
- Open Microsoft Outlook 2003
- Select Tools > Options
- Select the Mail Format tab
- Click "Signatures…" (near bottom right)
- Click "New" (near upper right)
- In the next window, name the new signature "My Signature"
- Select the "Use the file as a template" option and click "Browse…"
- In the file dialog, choose "My Documents" and select "wallethub.html"
- Click "Next >" and "Finish" to proceed
- Click "OK" on the "Create Signature" dialog to continue.
- Back in the Options dialog, open the "Signature for new messages" drop-down menu and select "My Signature"
- From the "Signature for new messages:" drop-down menu, select "wallethub.html"
- From the "Signature for replies and forwards:" drop-down menu, select "wallethub.html"
- Click "Apply" (near bottom right)
- Compose a new message and verify the new signature is in place
- Copy the email signature HTML, paste it into Notepad, and save the file as "wallethub.html" in My Documents.
- Open Microsoft Outlook 2000
- Select Tools > Options
- Select the Mail Format tab
- Click "Signatures" (near bottom right)
- Click "New" (near upper right)

- Click "Apply" (near bottom right)
- Compose a new message and verify the new signature is in place
- Copy the email signature HTML text in the box below, paste it into Notepad, and save the file as "wallethub.html" in My Documents
- Open Microsoft Outlook Express
- Select Tools > Options
- Select the Signatures tab
- Click "New"
- Select the "Add signatures to all outgoing messages" checkbox
- Click "File" under the "Edit Signature" section (near the bottom)
- Click "Browse" and select "wallethub.html"
- Click "Apply" (near bottom right)
- Compose a new message and verify the new signature is in place
- Copy the email signature HTML in the box below and paste it into a text editor
- Save the file to My Documents and name it "wallethub.html"
- Select Tools > Account Settings…
- Choose which email account you want to use the signature
- Check "Attach this signature"
- Click "Choose…"
- Select "wallethub.html"
- Click "OK"
- Click "Save" (near bottom left)
- Compose a new message and verify the new signature is in place
- Copy the email signature HTML in the box below
- Open your Hotmail email account
- Select "Options" in the upper right hand corner
- Select "More Options" from the pull down
- Under the "Writing Email" Category, select the link "Message font and signature"
- Go to the text box that says "Personal signature"
- Click on the box that says "Rich Text" and change it to "Edit in HTML"
- Paste the HTML code from below in the box
- Click the "Save" button
- Compose a new message and verify the new signature is in place
