  1. Copy the text in the Preview section above
  2. Open your AOL account
  3. Click on the "Options" link in the upper right hand corner
  4. Select "Compose" from the left menu
  5. In the section where it says "Rich Text / HTML", paste the text you copied in the box
  6. Press the "Save Settings" button

  3. Hover over on the settings wheel icon in the upper right hand corner
  4. Select "Mail Options" from the pull down menu
  5. Click on "Signature" in the left menu
  6. Paste the text you copied earlier in the box
  7. Press the "Save" button

  2. Open your Gmail account
  3. Go to the "Settings" page
  4. Under the "General" tab look for the "Signature" section
  5. Paste the text into the box next to the signature section
  6. Click on "Save Changes" button
  7. Compose a new message and verify the new signature is in place

  2. Open your Apple Mail account
  3. Click on "Mail" and then "Preferences"
  4. Once the "Preferences" window is open, select the "Signatures" tab
  5. Add a new signature by clicking on the "+" icon
  6. Then paste the text you copied in the box

Add to your email:
  1. Copy the email signature HTML, paste it into Notepad, and save the file as "wallethub.html" in "My Documents."
  2. Open Microsoft Outlook 2003
  3. Select Tools > Options
  4. Select the Mail Format tab
  5. Click "Signatures…" (near bottom right)
  6. Click "New" (near upper right)
  7. In the next window, name the new signature "My Signature"
  8. Select the "Use the file as a template" option and click "Browse…"
  9. In the file dialog, choose "My Documents" and select "wallethub.html"
  10. Click "Next >" and "Finish" to proceed
  11. Click "OK" on the "Create Signature" dialog to continue.
  12. Back in the Options dialog, open the "Signature for new messages" drop-down menu and select "My Signature"
  13. From the "Signature for new messages:" drop-down menu, select "wallethub.html"
  14. From the "Signature for replies and forwards:" drop-down menu, select "wallethub.html"
  15. Click "Apply" (near bottom right)
  16. Compose a new message and verify the new signature is in place

  2. Open Microsoft Outlook 2000
  3. Select Tools > Options
  4. Select the Mail Format tab
  5. Click "Signatures" (near bottom right)

  7. In the next window, name the new signature "My Signature"
  8. Select the "Use the file as a template" option and click "Browse…"
  9. In the file dialog, choose "My Documents" and select "wallethub.html"

  12. Back in the Options dialog, open the "Signature for new messages" drop-down menu and select "My Signature"
  13. From the "Use this Signature by default:" drop-down menu, select "wallethub.html"
  14. Click "Apply" (near bottom right)
  15. Compose a new message and verify the new signature is in place

  2. Open Microsoft Outlook Express
  3. Select Tools > Options
  4. Select the Signatures tab
  5. Click "New"
  6. Select the "Add signatures to all outgoing messages" checkbox
  7. Click "File" under the "Edit Signature" section (near the bottom)
  8. Click "Browse" and select "wallethub.html"
  9. Click "Apply" (near bottom right)
  10. Compose a new message and verify the new signature is in place

  2. Save the file to My Documents and name it "wallethub.html"
  3. Select Tools > Account Settings…
  4. Choose which email account you want to use the signature
  5. Check "Attach this signature"
  6. Click "Choose…"
  7. Select "wallethub.html"
  8. Click "OK"
  9. Click "Save" (near bottom left)
  10. Compose a new message and verify the new signature is in place

  2. Open your Hotmail email account
  3. Select "Options" in the upper right hand corner
  4. Select "More Options" from the pull down
  5. Under the "Writing Email" Category, select the link "Message font and signature"
  6. Go to the text box that says "Personal signature"
  7. Click on the box that says "Rich Text" and change it to "Edit in HTML"
  8. Paste the HTML code from below in the box
  9. Click the "Save" button
  10. Compose a new message and verify the new signature is in place
